The Heras fence around the site is back-up, the highest portaloo in England and Wales has returned, the in-filled footings are being dug out and a level area is being made for the siting of three portacabins. At Deeside, the finishing touches are being made to the steelwork of the new building and it is hoped that by the middle of May a start will have been made on re-erecting it at its final resting place.
