An opportunity missed ... here was the ideal moment to restore Snowdon summit to the mountain instead of further despoilation of this wonderful place. And what for? So that the Snowdon Mountain Railway can reap more profit. Certainly nothing to do with savouring the wonder and beauty of Yr Wyddfa in its natural state. Wait until the new 'MacEryri' opens ... it will be swarming with thousands of folk all getting away from it all by flocking together in a man made structure! Ralph Goddard
